If you have placed an order beyond the stated time, you’ll only be able to select tomorrow’s date as the earliest delivery date.
Our delivery hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Yes, but you’ll need to inform us A.S.A.P. by emailing us at email@example.com or contacting us on our socials at @lunafloral.my or WhatsApp (+60149134145) with your new order details. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes. You can also change the details by logging in to your registered Luna Floral Atelier Account at www.lunafloral.my.
However, we can only guarantee changes (including delivery address & card message) if they are requested before 10:00 AM and at least 3 days before the delivery date. As for changes during peak periods or special occasions (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), we process orders earlier than usual to account for the large volume of deliveries. Therefore, you’ll have to request at least 10 days in advance.
We would recommend you place an order on our website at www.lunafloral.my before coming here to collect your order. If perhaps you decide to purchase directly from our store, you may have to wait approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour upon ordering. This is because we do not have ready-stock arrangements available.

We provide same-day delivery for orders made before 12:00 PM. However, please bear in mind that only certain products are available for same-day delivery.
Our delivery hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
We require the recipient’s contact number to ensure the delivery process runs smoothly. Riders are required to call the recipient to receive the products or to get permission to pass the product to someone they know if they are not present at the location. Rerouting the delivery also requires the receiver’s contact number.
Yep! We understand that the surprise element is highly prioritised. So, please provide the rider with your contact number. This way, the rider will contact you instead of the recipient once they reach the destination. Please make sure to stay alert in case the rider contacts youto avoid delivery delay.
Yes, if it’s for landed properties, shop lots or easily accessed properties. But for guarded office buildings, condominiums or in some cases, when the guards do not allow riders in, we may have to request the recipients to approach our riders to collect the products.
We understand how frustrating this is and we truly apologise for the inconvenience. Late deliveries may be caused by unforeseen situations such as bad weather, heavy traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdown, etc.
Our dispatcher would immediately inform the person in charge to arrange for another dispatcher to take over their deliveries if the unforeseen situations mentioned above happen. Please note that this transition takes time, therefore we seek your understanding and patience.

For efficiency, please ensure that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the flowers. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the flowers are then sent back to Luna Floral Atelier, and you’ll be notified via email.
If you’d like to re-deliver the flowers, an additional fee will be charged based on the recipient’s location. Keep in mind that re-delivery is subject to the flowers’ condition.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Replacement flowers will NOT be delivered if the flowers are wilted after being sent back to us.
Oh no! That definitely shouldn’t be happening. We’re so sorry. There may have been a mistake in the delivery process. We need a little more information to resolve this issue properly, thus, please check the following:
- Are all the details (email address, phone number, delivery address) you provided correct?
- Has it been left safely somewhere around the property?
- Did one of your neighbours take it on your behalf?
- Does your tracking link have a photo or more details on where your order was left?
If your order still can’t be tracked down, please contact our team immediately and tell us the address it should have arrived at. We’ll make this right for you.
We would encourage you to request for your order to be put on hold instead of cancelling it. This is because we charge processing fees upon cancellations despite any reason given. Putting your order on hold enables you to use the order in the future whenever you need it.

RETURN & REFUND
It is highly unlikely for this to happen. However, if this incident happens to you, we sincerely regret this mistake and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate this request without any valid reasons. All flowers are thoroughly checked and packaged carefully before delivery. If you failed to notify us regarding your dissatisfaction with our fresh flowers within 2 – 3 hours of receiving them, we are unable to determine the cause of the issue. Refunds will usually be processed within 7 – 14 working days. Kindly be patient, and let us know if your refund has not been processed.
