How To Order

First time shopping for flowers and gifts at Luna Floral Atelier? We’re thrilled to have you on board! Visit our website at to place your order within minutes. Simply follow the step-by-step guide below. Happy flower shopping!

Step 1: Choose a product

Choose from fresh flowers and preserved blooms to gift sets and scrumptious desserts! To help narrow down your choices and make it easier for you, you can also shop by occasion, budget, and product type. When in doubt, simply browse through our 'Exclusive' collections.

Step 2: Make it extra special

Customise your gift to make it truly personal by selecting the size and the additional products that come with it (if any). Add an extra surprise by adding goodies from either the 'Gifts', 'Beverages' or 'Cakes & Desserts' sections.

Step 3: Add a heartfelt message

A thoughtful gift would be incomplete without a heartfelt message. Type it out in the message box (200 characters max). This message will be printed on the blank page of your message card exactly the way you typed it in the message box. An anonymous sender? Simply exclude your name in the message box. 

Step 4: Select a delivery date

You can enjoy same-day delivery if you're ordering before 12:00 PM. Dates that are greyed-out are NOT available for delivery. Time-specific deliveries are currently unavailable to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. 

Step 5: Add to cart

Once done, click the 'Add to Cart' button. If you have any special requests, let us know in the 'Add Order Note' box. We'll do our best to help! But be sure to inform our team about it via¬†WhatsApp (+60149134145) or Instagram ( to ensure the request is doable on our end.¬†ūü§ď If it's not, we could suggest alternatives.

Step 6: Go to checkout

All set? Cool beans! Click the 'Checkout' button. You'll then be prompt to select your delivery date again. This is to ensure that you are certain with the chosen delivery date. Please double check that the chosen delivery date is correct before proceeding.

Step 7: Enter discount code (if any)

Have a discount code? Go ahead and enter it in the discount box to claim your sweet deal. Kindly note that every discount or promo has its own T&Cs. Please read them before proceeding to avoid problems and disappointment.

Step 8: Log in or create a new account

At the 'Checkout' page, enter your email address or login if you already have a registered account. If you don't have an account, we highly recommend making one and ticking the "Email me with news and offers" check box. With an account, you can save addresses, get access to exclusive deals and earn points for every order!

Step 9: Insert shipping & billing details

Fill up your recipient's contact details (or yours if you're the one receiving it). This is very important so we can send your gift to the right person at the right place. To avoid delivery issues, make sure to check that all information is correct and up to date. Pro Tip: enter your delivery address in Google Maps to see if it exists.

Step 10: Check shipping rates

Shipping rates or delivery fees are automatically calculated based on the address you entered.

Step 11: Continue to payment

Select iPay88 Malaysia to pay with your credit/debit card, local bank transfers (FPX) and e-wallets. Select GrabPay to pay with your GrabPay account. If you're paying via Atome Malaysia, it will split your payment into 3 with 0% interest. Having trouble with your debit/credit card? Contact your bank to check if your card is enabled for online banking or have enough credit.

Step 12: Make payment

Your payment is finally processed and confirmed once you click the 'Pay Now' button.

Step 13: Review order details

Once your order is confirmed, you're directed to the 'Thank You' page. You'll then receive an order confirmation email with your order number or order ID. Remember to check your order details at the end of the email, especially your delivery address, delivery date, and message.

Step 14: Give our team a heads-up

Before you go, give us a heads-up by telling us via WhatsApp (+60149134145) or Instagram ( In your message, kindly provide your name, order number and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

You may request for a specific delivery time* but there's no guarantee¬†ūüôŹ We'll do our best to accommodate.¬†e.g. "Sarah Lee - order #3011: Please deliver my flowers around 2pm-4pm."¬†¬†

*Peak seasons like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day may affect the delivery hours due to the high volume of enquiries and orders. We sincerely ask for your kind understanding for any delays. Thank you.
