Giveaway Prize Claims

If you have won a prize from our giveaway contest, you have agreed to the Prize Claims Terms & Conditions as stated below:

  • Luna Floral Atelier will contact the winner via Instagram DM, in which the winner must reply to the message with their correct details within 48 hours from the winner announcement date to claim their prize.

  • In the case in which the winner is unable to claim the prize within the time frame given, Luna Floral Atelier will provide a grace period of 3 MONTHS MAX from the winner announcement date for the winner to claim their prize.

  • Once the 3-month period has passed and the prize still has not been claimed by the winner, the prize will be forfeited at our absolute discretion.

  • Luna Floral Atelier will NOT entertain any late prize claim(s) after the 3 months have passed and the prize still has not been claimed.

  • The giveaway prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • NO customisations are allowed.

  • In a collaborative giveaway, where Luna Floral Atelier joins a brand or brands, the brand host will usually be the one in charge of announcing and contacting the winner(s). The means of communication of doing as such is up to the brand host - by email or social media messaging i.e. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc. 

  • Kindly note that if the prizes are from a brand or brands other than Luna Floral Atelier, the winner(s) are to adhere to the collaborating brand(s) own T&Cs. 

  • If the prize includes flowers from Luna Floral Atelier, kindly note that the flowers are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, certain flowers may be substituted with flowers of equivalent value or similar appearance.

  • Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, real and fresh flowers will never be 100% perfect. Note that all photos/videos shown (on the website and social media pages) are used as a reference or a general guide to the overall vibe and colour palette; the actual colours and design of the product may vary. This is because each product is hand-arranged by our Team. Any product that is handmade will never be exactly the same. But rest assured that our Team will do our utmost best to recreate any floral arrangement as close to the displayed photos/videos as possible.
