Look for the Luna Floral Atelier rewards icon on the bottom left of your screen. You can’t miss it – it’s a little gift box. Click the icon and sign up to join as a new member.

I am an existing customer. Am I automatically signed up for the rewards program?

Yes. If you're an existing customer who has registered an account with us (with a valid login name and password), you would have been automatically signed up for our Luna Floral Rewards Program.

What is a Fleur Point?

A Fleur Point is the reward point you earn whenever you make a purchase from our website www.lunafloral.my. For every RM1 spent, you earn 5 Fleur Points. There are also other ways you can earn Fleur Points.

How to earn Fleur Points?

It’s easy! You can earn Fleur Points just by signing up, following our social media channels, and of course, buying flowers through www.lunafloral.my. We will also give you Fleur Points on your birthday. The more Fleur Points you get, the more rewards (or discounts) you can redeem.

Is there a limit to the number of Fleur Points I can earn?

Nope. The more Fleur Points, the merrier. The more you buy, the more you earn! *wink*

100 Fleur Points = RM1

You can check your Fleur Point balance at the top of the Rewards pop-up.

How do I view my account?

Look for the 'Rewards' icon on the bottom left of your screen. Click on it and log in with your registered login name and password. If you don't have an account yet, you can do so by signing up. It’s free!

Can Fleur Points expire?

We hate to break it to you, but yes… Just like anything in this world, your Fleur Points don’t stay long. They will expire but only after one year of inactivity. So, don’t let those hard-earned Fleur Points go to waste! Shop, earn, redeem, repeat!
